ENABLING THE DISABLED

Working is really important to the human experience. It is with this in mind that we will aim to deploy people with Autism (not limited to) into our car wash network and a chance to feel empowered through work. Employment rates for the disabled in South Africa has dropped to below 1% and we aim to change this one person at a time.

How?

We will engage with our car wash network and identify roles suitable for the candidates that apply. The employment barriers for entry into the car wash industry are low. Impactful employment can be achieved.

Why?

We are intent on being a catalyst for the employment of disabled people and by creating an awareness of enabling the disabled.
